All of our initial consultations, preliminary designs, and project cost estimates are free
of charge. In the initial design phase we will prepare preliminary blueprints, renderings,
and cost estimates in order to capture your project vision and develop a budget. As the
project moves forward, project details, product specifications, work schedules and
contracts will be finalized.

Once the project details are finalized, we will secure all permits and other approvals as
required. Our subcontractors will be scheduled and products and materials will be
ordered. Throughout the project, we will work closely with you to ensure that
schedules are being met and all work is being completed to your satisfaction.

As the project reaches completion, we will work to ensure that all requirements are
being met. We guarantee our work and will resolve any issues or concerns that arise.
